These services are covered under Medicaid. In order to qualify for home coverage under Medicaid, a patient must:
- Be homebound
- Be under the care of a physician
- Reside in a home that does not provide skilled care. (Not in a Hospital or a Nursing Home)
- Qualification is also based on Income and family size
